All pups are placed based upon application. All pups are released on spay/neuter or limited registration contracts.
Pups under 8 weeks may be reserved with a deposit, as long as pup is healthy the deposit is usually non-refundable.
Shipping is generally about $300 within the United States, Shipping includes crate, vet certificate, vet exam for flight, airfare and microchip at the
buyers expense.
Pups are replaced if genetic illness, seriously affecting the quality of life, occurs prior to one year of age and if confirmed by our vet upon return.
If puppy is purchased this application will become part of the contract.
Individuals who breed pet pups, or who fraudulently misrepresent themselves as pet purchasers, when in fact they are breeders, or individuals
acting as agents for a breeder, wholesaler, importer/exporter, pet store, flea market or other enterprise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law.
